At Fortunariomx we handle your personal data responsibly, transparently and in full compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) in force in the United Mexican States.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily enter in our forms (name, email and message) and limited technical data (truncated IP address, device type and pages visited) whenever you provide consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes
Data is used to answer your educational enquiries, send you requested materials, improve the site and comply with legal obligations. We do not run automated profiling with legal effects and we do not sell your data.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (Art. 8 LFPDPPP), the relationship arising from the use of the site and compliance with applicable Mexican law.
5. Transfers
We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We use technology providers located in North America and the European Union, subject to confidentiality clauses and equivalent protection according to INAI guidelines.
6. Retention
Contact data is stored for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Anonymous technical logs, up to 14 months. Afterwards they are securely deleted or definitively anonymized.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@fortunariomx.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days as required by LFPDPPP.
8. Minors
The site is intended for adults. We do not deliberately request or process data of persons under 18 without the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated. We will publish any changes on this page with the corresponding date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
